I have no complaints about the 2010 TL 6-6 that I bought.
It's as if the car were made specifically for me.
Now, having said that, I have to realise that the car might not have been designed for the majority of purchasers in the $45K category.
The ride is a little too firm for some people, the car points very easily in high performance situations, and the car requires the driver's attention at speed, even in a straight line.
I would not change any of that. It's what I like. But it's the same stuff that makes the car a little aggressive for the majority of the buying public.
If they wanted to attract old men who still own track cars, they got us.

I have no complaints as well, I have already put 13000 miles on my 2010 TL with Tech Package, have been on almost every kind of road there is between GA, TN, KY, AL, FL, NC, SC and VA and I love the ride. I have yet to have any problems with the car, looking forward to upgrading the stereo system later on in the year and putting some new shoes on it. O this would be my 4th Acura. I still have the 96TL and 06 TSX, traded the 07 TL for the 2010 TL...

I've been driving a 2010 SH-AWD since March 1 and have two problem areas. The first is the automatic transmission. I, "S" mode in 5th when you depress the gas the RPM jumps 500-700 rpm without an increase in speed. In "D" mode at highway speeds when you press the gas (moderately) to speed up the darn thing down shifts two gears but doesn't increase in speed. My wife has a 2004 Red TSX 6-speed and her car is nimble, with a capital "N". The steering on the TL is numb and stiff. There is a resistance in the feel and when you 'jiggle' the steering wheel on her car you feel an immediate response in the car's direction ; with the TL you can do it the same and nothing happens. I'm bringing it in next Wednesday and am going to carefully monitor the transmission. When you press on the gas one thing should happen, the car should accelerate; when you press further down it should downshift and go faster. Is shouldn't: 1. Down shift immediately and stay at the same speed 2. Increase by 700 RPM and not go any faster. I wish I would have known about the TL auto tranny problems. My bride wanted at least one auto transmission in the family; if I could do it again, I'd get her next TSX with one.
