How to remove front seat back cover?

Lumbar stopped working, I can hear the motor going but the bar or whatever is supposed to be pushed is not moving. Wanted to remove the back seat cover to take a look at what is going on but cannot find too much info on how to remove it. I saw a previous thread that said to pull out on the bottom portion and then up but that doesn't seem to work with the moderate amount of force I'm using. Afraid of breaking something if I yank too hard! Any help would be appreciated!

Looking at the pic, there are four clips that will come undone lower on the back panel. Two circular and two that snap onto the metal rods on the side (they clip around them). Have a close look to get an idea of how they are set up. You can't really see the circular clips as they are lower on the back panel. Looking at the lumbar assembly you can see two broken rods (upper and lower) that caused the back panel on my seat to drop off. I just sat back one day (on vacation, far away from home) and the back of the seat popped off. Am currently looking for a used lumbar assembly or even a shop that might be able to fabricate/bend some higher strength rods into the proper shape. Hope you had this looked at, and if you did, let us know how.

Also, I forgot to mention that nothing broke when the back popped off so I don't think you will break anything by forcing it off. Just keep in mind that you need to release the bottom first as the panel drops down (check the upper plastic parts that slide up into the back of the seat assembly in the pic).
