How to open trunk without keyless remote

I may have a dumb question, but here goes. When you disable the trunk access in the car (the switch in the glovebox), is there a way to open the trunk still with the key?

I ask because I want to disable the trunk pop button in the cabin so that if someone breaks into my car, they can't pop my trunk and take what is ever in the trunk. The problem is that it seems you can only open the trunk with the remote? Am I missing something here? The button on the trunk won't work when the remote is disabled (which makes sense), but I can't seem to find a place for the key to still pop the trunk. Help!

I own a 2010 TL.

if you disable it, you disable the whole thing. sorry bud..

unless your actually inside the trunk, you can open it from the inside, just pull lever.. LOL

disabling trunk access does exactly what it does. you'd have to switch it off everytime.

Thanks you guys saved me a trip to the dealer. For three weeks now I haven't been able to open the trunk from inside only with the fob, I totally forgot about the switch in the glove box thanks.
