My car ws backed into from an angle and hit ont he rear passenger side at first it appeared there was no damage but a small scratch.

i noticed later the entire bumper shifted. I was able to tell because of the way the taillights we no longer lined up.

Does anyone know how much it would cost to realign the bumper? and is this something they can do at the dealership? There were no dents that i can see. it is a 2010 acura tlawd.

Visit a few body shops and se what they say. You should be able to get it fixed for like $350-$400. Of course some will tell you it needs to be replaced, so be ready for that statement as well.
Last year my daughters 03 Maxima was backed into on the passenger side rear corner. It was pushed in and shifted a little and needed to be repainted. I have a good body guy who fixed it and sprayed it for $350 + tax.

What state are you in? IMO nearly anything can be repaired and bodyshops know this. What they don't want you to know is that often that same piece they told you cannot be repaired they'll repair it, charge you for a new piece and charge you to paint it although they sometimes come pre-painted (such as a underbody spoiler).

 

If its just shifted slightly, have you tried to push on it to see if it "shifts" back. Often with the plastic bumpers there is some play to the alignment and it just may need to be re-aligned Got any pics?
