HIDextra.com HID H11 Fog Lights Flickering

I just installed HIDextra.com slim ballast H11 fog light kit. The light output is great. However, both passenger and driver side bulbs flicker! This is ironic, because HIDextra.com has a YouTube video showing how "stable" their kits are compared to "cheap" HID kits. I bought from HIDextra.com because I watched this YouTube video and thought that I would be getting a flicker-free kit. I was wrong.

Keep in mind that my installation was done with a relay harness also bought from HIDextra.com. The installation should have been done by my local shop as follows:

What is causing this flickering? I am not running any other electrical components (i.e. no after-market amp)...just the two HID ballasts.

Also, I got the 6000K kit (see picture below)...which in my opinion is way too blue. I just ordered 5000K bulbs.

what you need to do is, to take trigger wire to relay from factory plug, a conect main power for relay to the main battery . this way yor relay will have a strong output without using a factory power output

Factory low beams come as Osram Xenarc 4300K. The Philips bulbs are after market.

Could you clarify what you are saying using the terminology from my diagram above? Right now the relay red wire is connected directly to the + of the battery and the black ground is connected to the - of the battery. So the ballast should be powered from the battery.
