i doubt its the ballast.. i heard from ppl that i need a relay due to that the drl's are draining the too much power from the car.

i just want to confirm this..

2 options

1) install Relays (preferred method)
2) Upgrade your fuses to 20AMP... in your driver and passenger cabin fuse boxes, there is a micro 10AMP fuse for each fog light. you can pick them up from a honda or acura dealer.. Some auto stores are starting to carry them (its a newer, ultra small fuse). should cost about $2-$4 each. worked for me on my WDP 4G

^ really? you changed the really tiny fuse in both the driver side interior, and passenger side fuse box?

worked on both of my 4Gs.. one had a Kaixen kit, the other was phillips... i might wonder if its your HID kit that is causing the flicker

another thing to try. start the engine before igniting the fogs.. if they still flicker, the problem really might be elsewhere..

in the end, a relay is really the best option to use. its safer for your electrical system
