Hello I have a 2012 TL SH-AWD, I need any kind of information or help. One morning I was hearing rattling coming from my glove box area while driving then I look around the area with the glove box close see nothing. Then I open my glove box to look inside I see a plastic top piece there and the light fell in the hole, I can't get it out or retrieve it it just down in the hole. I can't find no information on how to half-way or take out the glove box to get it out.
Any help would be appreciate
