Failing Rear Windshield Weatherstripping.

Hey guys just noticed the other day when defrosting my windshield in the back that my weatherstripping seems to failing. Has this happened to anyone before?

You can see along the edges of that pillar that the weatherstripping is coming apart. Not sure if it’s held on by Adhesive.
