Excessive body roll and swaying?!?!?!

Hey All, looking for a little insight and help.
i have an 05 TL auto and i have been having a few issues when i am driving that i can not figure out.

issues:
1. at all times there is steering wheel shake, not bad but noticeable.
2. when i am driving on the highway 70+ the shaking gets a little bit worse but more importantly it feels like large gusts of wind are blowing my car left and right even when there is no wind.
3. when ever i take turns even at slow and moderate speeds there seems to be excessive body roll, the turns are not tight at all and even worse the body roll cause the car to sway slightly left to right.

background info.:
1. car has 85k miles
2. conti extreme contact DW tires just put on and balanced.
last alignment was in Dec. when winter tires were put on.
3. usual highway speed 80mph
4. stock everything to my knowledge (bought the car about a year ago with 66k).

if anyone has any questions or insight that would be great because i have not taken it anywhere yet and i would like to have at least a few ideas before i go talk to a mechanic.

The first thing I would look into are your tie rod ends. When they get loose a car tends to wander. As you said, your turns are not tight, which confirms my suspicion. Tie rod looseness will also contribute to the steering wheel shake you described.
