Engine bay part identification - ‘13 3.5

Hi guys. I’ve attached two photos - could use some help in identifying what these parts are (and aren’t)…

picture one - rusted to shit and visibly leaking what I’m assuming to be oil or fuel based on the smell.

picture two - there was something covering this inlet last time I checked… looked like a plastic bucket type deal.

thanks a bunch

Photo #1:
The part you are pointing to is #8.
Though the leak appears to be coming from the front head valve cover?

Thank you! For pic 2 #6 splash assembly, is this something that would be causing any issues by not putting it back in place, or is it just for looks? :P

For picture #2, item number 6 is called/part number:

Separator - Acura (17248-RK1-A10)

It brings cold air into the engine and directs it to your air intake box and a small amount of cooling air to your battery box. If you don't have it, your engine will still get air through the pipe that's left but your battery won't get any cooling air from this component. Don't know if this will make a difference if you have all your engine covers off. If the battery runs warmer it may reduce it's life by some small degree.
