that's your high pressure fuel hose, looks like that's the least of your worries though.

 

I thought my Engine bay was dirty.

feels like some old engine oil sludge..i may have to replace that then.....my engine bay isnt dirty its smoked so i have the same stuff you find on the bottom of a outdoor grill covering the whole engine...whenever you start parting out the car thinjim let me know i would like 1st crack =)

yes i do tons an tons an tons to fix..other than the body exterior, it all works only thing i see is that oil rupture an a odd buzzing sound comeing from above the gas an brake pedal's..havent had time to find where its comeing from been busy finding/buying parts all over the 48 states..
