None of my audio selection buttons work including the numbers. I can use vocal commands to select radio, XM, CD etc but not the buttons. I can not even change the stations, I have to use vocal commands. I will have it checked next week. Anyone else experience this problem?

I was told that the computer must have crashed????? Maybe they need to use an Apple computer. They updated the software which hopefully corrected the problem ......... at least it is working now.

Sorry to re-open such an old thread. But I am having the same issues with my 2009 TL. I am wondering if the new computer fixed it? From my Google searches this is the only thing I've found online, about this problem.

My audio works, then will stop working all together and then randomly turn back on? Most recently only the dash controls stopped working, BUT the steering wheel controls thankfully still worked.

I have only owned this car for less then 2 months, and have less then 9,000 miles on it. I unfortunately don't live close (2hrs) to a dealership to conveniently have it worked on. I live in a rural area with a Ford dealership, and I'm tempted to go get a new SHO.

I just experienced the same issue today.

Did you manage to figure out what the issue was?

After I came back from lunch the buttons on the radio on the console seemed to work again, but issues are always off and on.

Any help is appreciated!
