Hey guys. New to the forums just got a 2011 awd sh tl and having some issues with the 9005 bulb drl/highbeam lights. I got a pair of regular halogen bulbs 9005 and swapped them out however, the hightbeams works but not the drl. When i turn on the vehicle i dont get any icons that light on that something isnt working and checked the fuse and the are in perfect condition. Does anyone know why this might be happening. Thank you so much o ryour help.

 

Nevermind figured out what what was wrong. lol

he didnt drop his e-brake to make sure the drl's work... one of the azine members asked me why his didnt work.. and the whole time he was checking his drl's with the ebrake up.

 

yup potmilkz is correct, totally didn't have the ebrake down

 

has anybody changed the DRL's to HID if so how are they doing???
