All, last fill up now getting this error. Shut off vehicle three times and removed and tightened but same issue. I click it some 5-7 times which is what I've always done. Hopefully just a bad or cracked fuel cap. Car is 2013 TL with 88K miles. I know previous generation had a common issue with this. But not that I was aware of for this generation. Any guidance, thanks!

 

I don't normally over tighten the cap. As soon as it's tight, I spot. You may need to have it checked out by dealer. Let us now what happens or what issue was.....
