Car turns off and on while driving within 3 seconds. No lose in acceleration.
2009 Acura TL SH AWD automatic transmission tech package 119,000 miles.
Over the last couple of months I’ve been experiencing an issue with my car where it will turn off and on as if a power cycle is being completed. I don’t lose acceleration, but the engine does cut off and on. How I know is I also lose the navigation for a split second. It is definitely noticeable. I am very savvy as this is my third Acura but I’ve never experienced an issue like this. Also the HDS is not showing any codes. This issue happens sporadically. It’s not something that can be replicated. It will happen at spirited driving or normal street city driving. Does anyone perhaps know what this could be?

If you're not losing acceleration, then the car is not turning off. You may be losing electrical power to select systems, which might be evidence of a short, or possibly a corroded battery terminal. But you can't maintain acceleration if the engine is "off".
