Hello, I recently bought a 2009 Acura TL SH-AWD. I bought it used and it currently has 160,215 miles. Recently my alarm has been going off at random hours of the night when it is raining. When I am driving the car it says “Rear Passenger Door Ajar”, even though the door is not open. My sunroof is not leaking and there is no leaking on the inside of the front of the car either. Below is a photo of the I guess you would call it windshield molding? It’s the cover that goes over the bottom of the windshield underneath the wiper blades. It is coming up especially near the driver side of the car. Looking down underneath it I can see some electrical components that are more than likely getting wet when it rains since the molding is up so far. Could this be causing my false door ajar issue?
