Car Running too Rich? Test Pipe?

I have a 09 acura tl sh awd i got a check engine light that give me the error engine run to rich. bank1 and bank 2

i change the 2 oxygen sensor on top but the check engine came back.

i have a jpipe , test pipe and no resonator.

can it be the other two oxygen sensor in the bottom ?

or because i dont have a manifold anymore?

that check engine came out after a year having that setup.

thank you

My guess, you have an exhaust leak somewhere, probably over time something rusted etc. But, can you log short and long fuel trims and post them? That will give us a better idea since it may not be exhaust leak related...
