All I hear is background noise and then some car beeping. Or maybe it's a buzzy fan. (In which case you'd just replace the blower motor.) But it's hard to tell on my work headphones.

Longer audio, sound with car/AC on/off would be nice for a comparison/baseline.

 

how many miles? does the noise go away when you turn the A/C compressor on and off and leave the fan still running? check the belt area for any leaks such as power steering leak onto the belt that drives the A/C compressor!

 

If power steering fluid is leaking the OP posted in the wrong forum.
