Brake Fluid Low, Vehicle Stability Assistant: 65?
I have a 2012 Acura Tl Tech, recently my Low Brake fluid light came on, Check VSA System, the red brake light indicator is on. I checked the brake fluid was low, I filled it back up, turned the car again, and still all 3 signs there? There’s no leak in the brake system, my brake pad is 50% life remaining. Checked all the fuses ok? I did notice my brake fluid is little bit dirt, is this causing all the issues? Does anyone experience this problem? Any help would be greatly helpful, and much appreciated.

How long has it been since you had the fluid flushed/replaced? I have always had this done every few years.
As for the warning lights, sometimes it takes a few minutes/miles for them to go away after the issue is addressed.

when I added the brake fluid the next day it was dirty, it's not been flashed in the last 3 years?

Brake fluid is hygroscopic meaning it absorbs water over time. If you haven't flushed it in 3 years, definitely time to do so. If the low brake fluid light is still on, you may need to replace your brake master cylinder as i believe the fluid level sensor is embedded in that on the 4GTL.

I got same issue on 2010 TL. I was about to replace MCR then I thought about flushing atleast 60% and add fresh fluid. I should pull the history on this car to see what type of maintenance was done. Got this ride from an Auction. Not sure how long it’s been sittn.

I believe altair47 has your problem identified. Your switch for low brake fluid is still being made. I have seen master cylinder level floats get cocked or stuck after adding brake fluid and not rise with the fluid level after filling the reservoir. The low level contact stays made. The float is normally just a piece of plastic with a magnet on it that is slightly more buoyant than the brake fluid. In most master cylinders you can just tap them through the fill hole to un-cock them to get them to float up. However the TL fill hole is extended out from the windshield cowl for fill access. You can't agitate the level float from the fill hole. I suggest you try tapping your master cylinder from the bottom (near where the electrical connection is made) and see if you can free up the float. Or you can get creative by bending a piece of wire and trying to get to fish through the fill hole to agitate the float and get it to rise.
