E-Brake Light On... low brake fluid??

my emergency brake light briefly goes off and on at random times .. especially from a standstill... it usually only stays on for a few seconds....

i heard this may be due to low brake fluid??? can anyone confirm..

or is there something wrong /w my e-brake?

i would check the level of the brake fluid, mine was on because the rear brake lights were out. check those as well, make sure the bulbs are in securely. other than that no clue

the brake lights are a completely different indicator, "brake lamp"
illuminates when it detects a bad bulb.

I get this sometimes on a cold morning. It goes away once the car heats up. Another thing you might want to do if you aren't low on fluid, is to check the little floaty thing on the dipstick, if its stuck, it might be throwing the light
