Back bumper lip

Does anyone else's back bumper lip move a little up and down? I realize this is the piece that was removed and painted by the dealer, but it feels really lose at this time? I hope they frickin' secured it properly? I can actually lift it high enough to insert my pinky finger underneath it. Can you guys check yours out for me please, I dread going back to the dealer.

Mine is tight, doesn't move at all. My guess is the fastner is loose.
