2012 armrest is rock hard. Anyone do cushion support/reupholstry for a charge?

I redid mine in the fall. It was all cracked up so when I replaced it, I used some memory foam under the new cover. Is it softer, eh just a little bit. If your arm rest is cracked or ripped, just do the replacement then. If the cover is fine, it wouldn’t be worth the time to do it.
