Was driving today, was pretty windy and cool in Toronto and noticed that air was entering in from the door handles inside my car while driving, and stops when I come to a stop. Asked the wife to check her handle too and same thing.

Is this normal? Just holes to let air into the car, or is it a leak and I am missing some sort of insulation??

 

Ive noticed this in my car too. It seems normal and just holes to let the air in. When all the windows and sunroof are closed then air doesnt come through the handles. But when i have the sunroof cracked open or the window(s) opened then air seems to be coming through the handles as well. So my guess is that its normal.

 

I noticed the same thing and also noticed air coming in from the window control buttons and lock buttons...just a slight draft, but annoying. I accepted that on my Pontiac G6 but not on an Acura TL.

 

Are you going to get it checked? It's wierd, sometimes the draft is there, sometimes it not.
