Exclamation ABS Module Replacement

On my 2009 TL SH-AWD the VSA, ABS, and ! lights are all on. I took it to my normal mechanic who I trust, but he specializes in German cars. He said the code says the ABS module needs to be replaced, but he doesn't have the proper scan tool to reset the module, and told me to take it to the dealer. I did a quick search and I did see one guy that posted the following: "You will need a scan tool to do the neutral position reset for the VSA system, no programming needed really."

Has anyone ran into this?
Does anyone know what scan tool is needed to reset the VSA system?
Has anyone had this replaced at a dealer? I am curious what this is going to cost.

There was a similar problem on the 2010 Honda Civic, spot welding on the contacts disappeared in the module, this problem was solved by opening the ABS module and soldering the contacts.
