60k miles maintenance - replace timing belt.

I'm in Nevada with a 2009 Acura TL.

Although the Maintenance Minder did not request it, the dealership service agent stated that in this warm climate it should be done at 60k.
He said there is something in the Manual or the Maintenance Log - which I couldn't find - giving mileage for various maintenance in normal climates and in hot climates and it recommends it at 60k.

No problems with the timing, no issues.

Would you replace it at 60k in a not climate?

Uhh, I don't think changing at 60k is necessary. At 100k I would for sure go for a whole TB kit (just learned that as well) but at 60k it shouldn't be needed unless there is actual damage to the belt.
