I am hearing a small single click in my steering column when i slightly turn my wheel. does anybody know what this is?

2009, 46,000 miles, I only hear it at slow speeds like when driving through a parking lot. If my hand is at 12 o'clock on the steering wheel if i slightly turn it to 11 or 1 o'clock i hear it.
