2013 accelerator position sensor

I have a 2013 TL sh-awd 6 speed manual. Where is the pedal position sensor? Everytime I search for it I get a listing for the whole pedal assembly instead of a sensor in the engine bay?

thanks for the response but that for an 04-08 . I used to have an 06 so I know about that one. This 2013 looks like I have to change the whole pedal to change that sensor

https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...on+sensor,5061 you're right. Looks straight forward as far as replacing the part. I only use RA for parts for our cars

thanks that's what I thought. I'll buy from acurapartsforless.com it's only 199.99 from them and it's oem. Price is in line with rockauto pricing. I'll try to check a few other things first but probably buying this. The hesitation is killing me. It's like the car is trying to figure out where the throttle is when I step on the gas but don't worry the dealer said nothing wrong with the car. It's completely normal.....yea ok....

I could bet accelerator position sensor is not your problem.

I think you might be right.
I hooked my scanner up and was looking at the live data. I was specifically checking out the egr err it held steady at 99.2. So I took it off and cleaned it and now its at 0. Popped to-3.2 then 0 then -66.4 then 0 then 99.2 then 0 then -9.4 then 0 and held steady at 0 through acceleration. Now the hesitation is all but gone. Still a tiny bit. When I cleaned the valve little black specs came out.
does anyone know about the live data.. I'm taking a shot in the dark but Id say egr valve is my problem and needs to be replaced
