2012 TL Base Model AC problem

I need some advice regarding my TL. AC.

My driver's side AC gets cool, but not cold. My passenger side AC gets cold.

I verified that the driver's side and passenger side blend doors open and close. The driver's side function was verified by visual inspection and temperature output at the vents from cool to hot to cool. The passenger side was verified by temperature at the vents from cold to hot to cold..

When I change modes from vent only to floor only, the passenger side changes. The driver's side does not change.

1. Are there two mode doors and if so is the one or two actuators?
2. Where is the mode motor actuator?

I initially thought it was the driver side blend door. However, after more trouble shooting, I can see the blend door actuator going through a full stroke. Based on this and the fact there is no mode change for the driver side, I am thinking there may be two mode doors on one or two actuators, and the driver's side mode door is not operating properly.

Thanks in advance for your input.

This post is no longer valid. This was a simple refrigerant low charge issue. The passenger side was reading 52 degF and the driver side 79 degF at the vents. I used AC Pro and added a 18oz can of 134a and now both sides are at 44 degF.
