Can anyone tell me what this knocking / tapping sound is?

Is this a constant noise or does it go away when warm? My 2009 sounds similar specially on a cold morning but goes away after a minute or two. Almost positive my issue is the belt tensioner on it's way out which is common on the J series from what I've read.

It continues even when the engine is warm. Thanks for the feedback. When I get some time I'll get in there and inspect/replace that timing belt tensioner.
