2012 Acura TL Sh-Awd Rear seat problem!

Hey guys, need some insight here and was wondering if anybody else is or had experienced this.
I recently purchased a 2012 sh-awd TL. Everything is fine but I noticed an issue with the rear seats. The flaps where there is the "LATCH" tag on keeps popping out and there does not seem to be anything it attaches to, so I figured to just kind of tuck it pack in. However, it does not tuck in and always comes back out. Its really annoying and I am fairly new to the car. Any ideas guys???

Here is a picture of the rear seats, the flaps I am mentioning are right beside the seat belt buckles in the pictures. The horizontal flaps right above the actual seat.

That's weird, mine tuck in and stay there. Maybe you could try putting some velcro on them to keep them up. Not sure how effective that would be since it's attaching to fabric but might be worth a shot.

mine were fine until the kids must have pulled it out (they're 7 and 9). I just stuffed it back in, but it took some doing.

buy some small round velcro pieces and attach them to the top corners of the flap. It should help out! I've noticed this to be somewhat of an issue when I have people in the rear, but it's not that big of a deal.

2012 Acura TL SHAWD rear seat problem need help!!!

Hey guys..

So I previously posted an issue about the LATCH flaps always popping out. I finally figured out why today which made me furious yet kind of oblivious.
The bottom piece of the rear seats (where you sit on) is entirely loose. I was stupid enough to not have noticed this before purchasing the car a few weeks back. It is completely loose, where I can lift it up and see the two metal "hooks" that seem to clip in two plastic clips under it. However, I cant seem to get the hooks to snap in the clips because the plastic clips look damaged. I dont know what to do, i mean its not noticeable until someone actually moves the seat by hands in which they will ask, " hey wtf is wrong with your seats they aren't clipped in!"
So im in a rut right now. i bought the vehicle 3rd party and I am not sure if this is covered under Acura warranty as I have 100k powertrain. Anybody else had these problems??? Thanks guys!!

I don't think it's covered under power train, I broke my clip taking out my seat the first time (didn't read up on how to remove, totally my fault) but I paid about 3 bucks for a new clip at the dealership. You just remove the old and put in the new, not too hard of a job and fairly inexpensive.

It's a little hard to get them out, had to use a some force, you'll see why when you buy the new clips. Once they're out, it takes all of 2 seconds to put in the new one
