OP, any updates on this? I'd love to know what the solution was...if any.

Just wanted to follow up and say that it looks like Acura has agreed to repaint the affected areas and thanks to all that offered advice. Also getting the oem aero kit installed as well so pics will follow.

wreak....Happy to hear that things will get taken care of. Owning a 2012 with the body kit (minus the rear) myself, I am confident you will be happy with the outcome. Just out of curiosity, are you from NS?

We just bought a 2012 certified used TL that was part of the dealer's loaner fleet. Had 4,200 miles, placed in service in April of 2012.

Good luck with the respray!!, and for what it's worth, i think you got a fair deal on your car. $33k with $16,000km for a 2012 is not bad at all. Canada prices are crazy, and the a new Base TL is just shy of $40k, + freight, admin fee, taxes, etc.

Got the car back, they did a flawless job and I'm a HUGE fan of the kit. I thought it might look funny without the spoiler but I think it looks good. Pix will follow tomorrow.
