2010 TL front lower control arm outer bushing

Has anyone been able to replace the front lower control arm outer bushing without removing the control arm?

I did a major front end rebuild about 50,000 miles ago, as i had to replace a bad front wheel bearing.
Upper and lower control arms, bearings, hubs, CV axles, and struts were replaced.
Major PIA, and I don't want to do that again.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Honda / Acura gives 1.1 hours to replace the lower control arm, it usually takes less time. This is a simple job, so remove the entire control arm and do not bother.
