Ticking or chatter sound coming from 3.5 liter engine bay.. Pretty sure at 100k when I replaced the serpentine belt also replaced the pulley tensioner. Timing belt, water pump, and thermostat done at tat time also. Could it be the bearing in the tensioner going out again? Car has 160k now..

Can u post a video of the Noise? Hard to tell what the noise is without hearing it

 

I think you need diagnostics, tasseography won't help, or a new gasket between the steering wheel and the driver's seat.
