Notice my post above, so many have had this problem. I had this just repaired, so far quite. Funny though, all the ones that bitched about it, read it, but never respondes again. I think it's just to bitch, not actually find a solution to some. I am just thankful for that 11-024, and so far its gone!!!

Oh I've seen all of those TSB's... I read through them applied my own fixes while sound deadening my vehicle. Whoever ends up with my old 5AT will have a bank vault of a car

Wow, seems like it's a lot of work, especially for the moonroof one.

Looks like the noises are all frame/weld assembly related too.

Right. This is why I posted this thread:
https://acurazine.com/forums/4g-tl-2009-2014-123/does-acura-improve-fix-known-issues-during-production-834871/

You would think they'd identify the introduction/cause of the frame/weld assembly issues and fix them going forward, but it seems like they aren't.

Only if a very large percentage of cars exhibit these problems then Acura would modify the production/assembly procedures; because any reprogram/change in the existing production lines costs time and $$$.

I have had the rear deck/right wheel well clicking and tapping noise for over a year and a half. I took it in to dealership and they had the car for over a week, and never really fixed it. Just took car into dealership with the 2 relevant TSBs this morning. Here's hoping they can follow the TSBs and fix it.

Got my car back. Dealership performed the two TSBs and the car is now as tight as a drum. I'm a happy guy.

I drove for the first time without sunglasses in the sunglass holder and no radio blasting, and I do hear a "moonroof" rattle that lasts about a minute or 5 while on the highway then it disappears...

Hopefully the dealership be able to recreate the rattle on their test drive and fix it.

thank you all for this info!!!!!!

The dealership just performed 11-024 on my '12 TL Advance - I had been having the rear shelf clicking for months. Appears to have worked - so far!

Check the TSB in this thread for more details. It's the back shelf where your speakers are (between the back seat headrests and the rear window).
