Well after fighting with Acura.. I finally gave up! I traded the car off... The dealership was very helpful! I paid 39K for the car in DEC and they gave me 37,500... sold me a new one for 39K as well.... They never charged me for the Full body kit, all weather mats, side molding and tint! I paid that all in cash on the last purchase... so they just replaced it for me.... I was able to transfer the Auto Butler Service.... and the Maintenance Pkg! Thankfully.... I also managed to find chrome dipped rims for the ADV sh-awd and they will install for free..... That is the least they could do for me! I mean they sure damaged the hell out of my car trying to fix it... and was never successful! Will post pics when I get the rims installed.... Clear Bra goes on today!

 

Ashame Acura couldn't fix this problem years ago. Hopefully no rattles on the new one!

 

you paid $39k for the SH-AWD Advantage, I thought I got a GREAT deal at $40k +tx
