'09 TL Key Problems

Can anyone offer suggestions to help solve why my electronic key won't physically go in the ignition?

I can start and stop the car, but I can't lock it as the car thinks the key is still in the ignition switch (The dash tells me to remove the key). Nothing on the key physically and nothing inside the ignition port...

Help!

Just took my 09 to the dealer for this same issue. They have to reset the Key fob.

Sounds like something the dealer will have to work out. Maybe a dead battery in the fob? They only last 2-3 years. Welcome to AZ!
