Again, I hope I'm posting in the right place. Help! My car screeches, like an animal being torchered, when I start it. Occurs when it's raining, has rained, it wet/snowy/cold. Fine after it warms up. Already took care of the PS recall. Any suggestions?

I believe its the idle pulley/tensioner

loose/warn out belts. Replace/tighten and you should be fine.
