The rear spoiler is standard on all tech models, I am pretty sure all non-tech models come with no rear spoiler.

optional on non-tech.... i saw a non-tech with the spoiler and an aero-kit + painted grille dealer wanted $4495 more

I really doubt it's unbadged especially since that's the last thing anybody would debadge, it's like debadging a Type-S logo. If you were gonna debadge, you'd debadge everything...

If what I think is the case..you should take it back to the dealer..and I guess if not..then you can give it to me lol. Sike I wish.

Exactly! All the 3G'ers that can't stand the new advanced look, IMO are dating themselves. My old 3G looks parochial when I see it around my hood. I don't understand why someone would get the SH-AWD and not get the tech pack? Odd? I'm not a big fan of the blue either, but it looks better than the 3G for sure. In So. Cali, the 3G is the new wife!
