I recently pick up a 4G and the modding has begun. So far i had the bodykit put on, tint the windows and rear lights, dropped on TEIN SS. Lot of more MODs to come...My Work wheels are on order and will be on by the end of the month. Here's a sneak peak...More pics to come when the wheels are on.

Murky, I had to get rid of that big wheel gap. My tires are now right at the fenders and now i have full control of my ride height to adjust as i see fit. It will be nice when i get my work wheels on soon.

sick, i wish i could go that low in Montreal, but our roads are nasty. What size and offset are your wheels, mine are 20x9 with 35 offset and i occasionally rub, just hope yours don't, can't wait to see what it looks like.

How do you adjust your height? you have to jack the car up and turn a collar on the coils? can you show pics and more info on the edfc?

^ that controls the damping force but does not adjust the height of the car. The height is done by turning the collars which usually requires jacking of the car.

My wheels are Work VS-XX in Burning Black 20x9 et 37 with A Disk (front) and O disk (rear)...if they rub i can adjust my TEIN coilover to help eliminate rubbing. When i get the wheels on at the end of the month i'll keep you posted.
You are correct on jacking the car up and turn collar on coils to adjust height...The EDFC controls the hard and soft of the ride you want. I've shown a pic of the EDFC on another thread already.

Have you ever thought about blacking out the chrome?

A member did it on his 4th gen WDP, and it looks SICK!!!!

I've had the setup for only 6 days and has driven only about 100 miles with the coilovers on so with more time i'll go into more detail...So far the ride is alot better than stock and the car hugs the road alot better especially in the curves by being lowered. With the EDFC yes you can make the ride softer than stock. I have mine set at 11 front and rear and to me it's already softer than stock. The great thing about the EDFC is you can adjust until you get the right feel you the driver want. Overall am very happy with the ride so far.

Never came to mind!!! but if you're going for that blacked out murdered look that will be an excellent option.

Its actually a good option if youre going for the sport look rather than luxury. Im debating whether I want to black out the chrome or not. Depends on what I do with the grill.

You guys and your Crystal Black Pearl. You are giving me second thoughts. Wife and I talked, looked at sales brochures, and both agreed on Basque Red Pearl. But everytime I see the TL in CBP I think it just might be the best color for the car and it's agressive looks.

not necessarily.
i think the murdered out look is played out. Sorry Murky
Murky has done it right tho, his car looks classy.

but if done right, the black trim incorporates a more sportier theme. the chrome that is on now looks a little too flashy and out of place.

We have to remember what murdered out is, its not just black with black trim. Murdered out is matte black with not a damn thing but balck everywhere including limo tint all around. I never was aiming for that.... cause like you said.... its played out.

How much did the coilovers set you back?

Also with the fully body kit are you scraping up front no matter if you angle it?

The coils set me back around 1K. Am not scraping at all but then again i don't pull all the way up the curb. All my cars have been lowered so am accustomed to driving lowered cars.

Yeah a 2010. So far my rotors have held up pretty good. Time will tell if i get the same rust problem. Are you considering a big brake set-up?
