I saw this TL several times while on vacation in a small town south of cancun, mexico. I found it somewhat surprising, since there are very few Acuras in that area. I see other luxury cars there, but not too many acuras.
I found this interesting.

Canadian version has headlight washers. Not on the US models.

 

You are right! But what TJ Zooker mean is only the AWD model will get the headlight washer....
Maybe this place they only got the FWD model so they got the washer...

 

Because it's not a US-model TL. Some foreign markets get other features that US models don't because of the price difference.

 

Pretty sure it is a Mexican TL. since the picture was taken in....Mexico.

either way, Canadian and Mexican TLs have headlight washers. dunno why US models dont have this feature. its great.

 

Canadian TLs Model:
FWD: no headlight washer (not even in the option list)
AWD: headlight washer (Standard)

Not because TJ Zooker don't understand that, what we don't understand is how can the FWD get the headlight washers....

 

and the TLs in China have the headlight washers also...
Looks like is only the US version don't have it...really don't know why...
Maybe at least an option to let the owners to choose it?

 

wasnt aware there are "mexican" versions of the 4G

Acura is only produced and sold in N.A. (Canada and the United States)

You can obviously export the car to another country... and during exportation, some changes are made...

the CMD 3G TL, was a full bred, North American Made Car... and on exportation, the car got new headlights, taillights & bumpers

I found the Acura website for mexico... They are celebrating their 5th year in Mexico.
All TL all have headlight washers (it may be an option)... and a stiffer price too...

FWD - $48,000 USD

main picture doesn't show the washers on the AWD (3.7TL)

Don't forget the "China" TL, which i find to be the nicest spec TL

 

But the TLs in China only got one model.
Also they don't have the AWD exhaust tips, FWD wheels, but equipped the AWD models front bumper look and only got 200 something HP.
Different area have different specs.....looks like is only the Canadians got everything.

 

love the headlights on the Chinese model, the clear reflector is sick...

 

CDM TL is the best!
