i actually like the stock headlights for his set up.. matches the foglight shrouds.

 

I like it too but, when i do black them out the shrouds will go too

I wouldnt black out the headlights.. Looks perfect as is.. Id maybe do the tails red or do '12 tails. But id leave the headlights alone.. Any more pics of the amg...

WOW, that first picture on that post.... looks amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazzzzzzzzzing. i was gonna say it should be in a magazine, but its too nice for that aswell. and using it in an acura ad would do it injustice.

so tomorrow's the last day of school for me, then its summer vacation. I have a few more updates for the car. the first one will be the front RJ Lip. any advice from those of you that already have it?

 

Still keep coming back to this thread! those wheels suit the 4G TL so well! and the stance is just perfect! looking forward to seeing what the RJ front lip will look like!

Also, have you considered going full red on the tails? I think there are a few others that have done this. Gives it clean/classy look. Will compliment the theme of your car very well!

 

Just read some of the other comments... gotta agree with BG. leave the headlights alone! Looks perfect as is, but def go red on the tails!

 

Havent really though about the tails. I may consider it down the road.

 

If you don't go with the red tails, at least think about going with a set of chrome rear turn signal bulbs. The will clean up the look of the tails by removing that "egg yolk" look of the amber bulbs.

 

^^ I like the look of the 2012 tails with the red trim. I might go led turn signals to clean up the look, since i already have the front i wont have any hyper blink issues.

 

Is there a plug n' play LED turn signal option? I mean without having to install an in-line resistor? I don't trust myself cutting and splicing wires.

 

not that I know of. someone should make something like that. it seems like there's a lot of demand for it.

I may have missed it, but I looked through this whole thread. You said tire size was 225/35/20 front and 245/35/20 rear, and offset was +25 front and +30 rear, but what was wheel size (width) front and rear?
