Decals on 2012 TL
saw this 2012 TL SH-AWD at my work today. Photo is kinda crappy but you can get the point. I thought these decals actually looked pretty cool. I won't do it to mine but it's not too bad looking.
What does everyone else think?

Burning Brakes
I've learned my lesson with decals. About a million years ago, I bought a Suzuki Swift GTi from a dealer...not even a year old but the first owner added a bunch of upgrades and ultimately couldn't afford the payments (I know...on a Suzuki???).
The thing was white, and when I wouldn't let the dealer push me around, he politely threatened that "if I didn't want the car, the owner was going to have pink "splash" decals put on it" (along with seemingly half of the inventory...it was the eighties). I told him it was their car...do what they wanted to it. Ultimately got them to make the deal that I wanted; unfortunately, it was the day after they put the decals on. "No big deal", I thought...I'd take them off as soon as I got it home. They even tried to add the price of these awful pink decals onto the price.
Got it home, and my little sister loved the car with the decals. Figured I'd give her time to get bored of it, then remove them. However, in the meantime, I loaned the car to a friend, who proceeded to rear-end a trailer with it. The body shop, not being able to find a replacement decal, chose to simply repaint a pink splash onto the fender. So now if I remove the decals, I've got one lone pink splash on my driver's side fender. Had to drive the thing like that for a few more years until I replaced it.

Definitely not my style. I actually had the SHIELD decals removed from my car. They were cool, just not my style. SHIELD decals might be a cool idea for you if you're considering decals at all.
