The first set of 4G TL headlights I made were for my car. They are:
Gloss painted housing
Satin painted projector ridges
TSX-R Lenses
JNC Custom Cutoff shields (shields painted matte black and 3mm spacers installed)
Phillips 85122+ HID Bulbs

The second set I made for a friend. They are:
Matte black painted housings
Matte black painted reflector area (painted chrome strip, left the brushed aluminum unpainted)
Silver Protector ridges left unpainted
Removed Amber Diffusers
TSX-R Lenses
Custom Cutoff shields (shields painted matte black and 3mm spacers installed)
Stock Osram HID Bulbs

Krylon paint for plastics was used on the first set, and Krylon BBQ paint was used on the second set. Both were sealed with RTV Ultra black silicone.

What temp did you use on the oven and how long did you leave them in there?

I put them in the oven on 225 degrees for 15 minutes each, then 225 degrees for 10 minutes each when sealing them back up to soften the OEM adhesive.
