Nice!

They had a TL in this color at the LA Auto Show. IMO these pictures don't do the color or car justice. In the flesh, the color looks amazing on the TL.

AT 1st I was looking at the silver or Palladium - but I couldn't make a deal on it ( was really looking to buy at the time)

but I did my homework and found the Borealis Blue

It is sort of a silver?/blue

I maybe biased but I really like this color

your right - these are not the best pics - just quick p&s shots - spent all the daylight driving it!

again looks much better in person, as does the color

w/o the harsh light of a flash the ebony inter is nice, esp the detail of the white stitching

the light has a lot to do w/ it

but I think it will be a relief after my night hawk black pearl 3G. It would get dirty/dusty 2hours after a wash - just sitting in the garage!

and worse in the harsh light of afternoon sun - it show its every swirl and flaw

but black in early morning light or just b4 dusk - was great - but you had to really work for it

That color is unique like Mayan Bronze, and quite an eye catcher. And I hear you, I've had many Black cars and they were my favs but I am too much of a perfectionist and every little thing drove me nuts!

Thanks Wavehogger

I think this color will show less dirt/dust than darker colors and even the white

Wait until I get the chance to Zaino it

this is just the quick dealer wash and dry (not really dry but leave wet smears)

Zaino turns your paint into a mirror so far as reflections

it was the only way I could live w/ my black 3G - zaino every 2 or 3 months

Nice, I can't wait to drive the 6 speed version! Thats probably the best color to get if you want to keep it low maintenance.

i would clay it and polish it out with a udm/pc first before you zaino it....

i really like that color, on the acura website it doesnt look so good, but your pics change my mind about it....

also, going from nbp to this color is going to be like a vacation with your car, it itsnt going to show anything compared to black....

just a interesting item to add - When I was actually at the dealer - I needed help w/ the value of my trade (3G TL) and via my iPhone I had real time online support from the 3G TL acurazine forum

see this post

https://acurazine.com/forums/third-g...-11-000-a.html

I was refreshing the page while working the deal

I learned how to clay my 3G here from posts on Acurazine.

you are right about being on vacation w/ this color compared the NBP!

and your right the on the acura web site the color is not well represented

SH-AWD - no drama, no torque steer! - just forward motion - and at about 5k on the tack - VTEC! -almost like boost from I don't know what

On my 04 3G try and gun it making a left or right 90' turn from a stop - and you get torque steer (more w/ dry roads), and wheel spin - especially if the street is damp/wet

Quick Reply: Borealis Blue Pearl / Ebony SH-AWD w/ HPT
