Question? That black part on the window where the front door & rear door meet that is already black , did you also Matte that or did you just leave it? From the angle it looks like you left it gloss? Just asking because i was concerned about that with my car because my trim was supposed to be matte also.

ok cool can't wait to see the pics. The funny thing about doing all of this stuff (modding cars) is not a damn person notices other than fellow car enthusiast or the dealers when you try to trade it in.

Lol, it looks interesting. I still wouldn't black out my trim but I might have dismissed blacking out the roof on PM too soon; I do like it on white cars.

This is true this is true. White & black seem to mesh better also matte blacks & gloss blacks if done right. Grey's can be tricky if not done right.

lookin good! But to everyone who is blacking out there roof...do consider using a very dark tint for the rear windshield and back windows. I think it is a really element in making the black roof look as good as possible

any tint should be good(35% and lower). darker tint would probably look better but you would also not be able to see anything

Where can we get some of the glossy vinyl to cover these up? I tried this with plastidip and failed at it due to where some chrome and rubber meet isn't a good cut off so it started to pull it off.

The black on the spoiler i wouldn't do but doesn't look that bad with your combo. Wheels look good. Some might beg to differ but as another member said in another thread it's not like they are driving it.

But most people went for the 2012 to tone down the sporty aggressive edge of the TL from 09-11 but you my friend got the less sporty less aggressive TL and still sporting it out . Now that's interesting.

But you know what really grinds my gears? The fact the 09-11 TL was supposed to be the sporty aggressive TL yet they throw those bright ass silver lining lights in there and the toned down 12 model got blacked out light . Like really. What the hell are they doing.
I think your car would look sick with a black grill
