Today, did the oil change by self. Saw the 2012 TL control arm is very thin and it is not steel or alumni. it should be iron. it looks cheap and weak~~~~~. car only 3years+ old, the lower control arm with some rust and paint come off.
My friend's 2013 g37 has very thick double wish bone front suspension and looks like alumni.
Acura is known as reliability and quality. But I am thinking can this thin and iron lower control arm last 15 years?

you should be fine.. it aint going to break anytime soon..
