any recommendation on LEDs?

i'm thinking DDM tuning HIDs for fogs,

You have a 12+ up. I would personally skip the HID fogs and get Morimoto Type-S LED fogs. They are a direct replacement for the factory fog light housings, produce a nice light pattern, match the OEM low beams almost perfectly and are very high quality.
