I have a base 2009 TL with the only mods being a takeda intake and rear muffler deletes. But my tags are expiring next month and i am wondering if the car will pass inspection?

 

Depends on if they check and see you've cut the muffler out and what county you live in:

Go halfway down to "SAFTEY INSPECTION" and then right under is the emissions one. They check for Check Engine lights related to the emissions system depending on where you live. Not sure how deep they go. The Takeda is CARB legal so good to go there.
