This will probably be the last update on this thread. Once I flashed my ECU back to stock I had to do a drive cycle to get it emissions ready then after I passed emissions today I reflashed it back. The difference between driving it with all the bolt ons and stock flash vs the custom tune is huge. I don't think the dyno does it justice and to be fair I never did a dyno on the stock tune. The best way I can describe it is the difference between driving at high elevation compared to sea level. Very noticeable and enjoyable. So if you have bolts ons I highly recommend getting a custom tune with Ktuner because you are not maximizing your parts without it and it will definitely put a smile on your face.

I know you said this will probably be your last update but don’t let it be cause I’m interested in finding out what your issue is, I just purchased a 2014 3.7 and looking to do mods as yours & your thread can help me and I’m sure some other people if they’re having issues
Oh good. Any questions you may have dont hesitate to ask. As a side note just posted pics in the wheel/suspension sticky thread. Lighter wheels make a big difference with acceleration.
You said the dyno didn't do the final tune justice. Did you have a dyno page from that? Or by custom tune you just mean the ktuner map that you are using?

I was referring to the custom tune compared to the stock tune. So on this one the stock tune is lower and the custom tune higher. If you go by the Dyno only it would seem the change would be imperceptible subjectively. But as you can see from the Dynocom
the difference between the ktuner basemap#4 compared to custom is 10hp/10tQ across the board plus or minus at parts. So stock ecu tune would be even a greater difference. So that tells me something is funky with the mustang difference. It feels subjectively very apparent driving it on the road.
