I count three in this thread alone that have. Including me.

i doubt with that alone it does anything.. it might help if you have the intake +pcd + tb spacer + pcd + aftermarket catback

just fyi, but when I was living in sac last year, they had taken the measurements to make the FWD coupler. ive never heard from them since however. my guess is that it's not a priority for them.

I've spoken to CT-E via facebook and this is what I was told
"CT Engineering
It is still brewing but it is brewing on the back burner...if that makes sense. We still have every intention to offer the intake for the FWD TL but until we can get ahead of schedule on our growing supercharger list, we will have to wait until things slow down a little. Keep checking in, this will happen we just need to find the time to do it right and make a fix that is worthy of a $500+ intake"

I guess unless people slow down on buying superchargers we may never see this.

I'm now waiting on the supercharger/tune... always waiting on something.

I am also interested in the ICE box, I have the SH-AWD. Does anybody notice a sound improvement? If it sounds a bit more aggressive and it adds noticeable power I might be sold

I have a j-pipe and the ATLP cat-back, so I did not notice any increase in sound, but if I didn't have the cat-back???

I know that this is not exactly a fair comparison because they are different cars, but it is good to hear that the mods may be doing something.

Was your friends car also a manual? The sticks are lighter and you also have an extra gear vs an auto 2010. Just saying the differences could be nothing to do with the mods.

Someone needs to find a stock AT and a modded AT... Apples to soles as far as platform goes.. The. Run them from a dig and do high speed rolls to see if it's really faster with mods and if so how much

^^ what we really need is the Hondata tune to become available, that is the only way all the bolt on mods will start to work together.Without that there is no significant difference and no "Holy shit!!!" expression.

Yes, both manuals, both 2010s. His is bone stock, but has about 25K more miles. I'll need to see if I can get a time where we can have a little race to see.

well that's as "apples to apples" as you can get.. same year, same transmission...

just keep the gas tanks as similar fill levels, similar passenger to keep weight levels the same.. and then do some races.

doing stuff from a dig would be poor as too much depends on the launch, clutch, driving style, etc..

if you did 4th gear or 5th gear pulls... and just got on the freeway..and rolled at a set mph.... and then turned on the video camera... and then just hit the gas at the same time...

do it again in 3rd.... stuff like that..

but removing variables like traction, launch styles.. and just do rolling acceleration runs... you wouldn't even have to really do anything "reckless" or illegal to get an honest idea as to whether one car is really faster than the other....

if you guys get together and do this.. PLEASE shoot video so we can all see!!!

thanks

Might take a little bit, as we both have busy work schedules, but I will definitely try. I'll also do it with my stock rims/tires to take the light weight rims out of the equation.
